Every homeowner who reaches out to Civilviewed Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Know that Civilviewed Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
